About Exhibition Management

1. Is there a wireless or wired network available in the exhibition venue?

2. Can food and drinks be consumed inside the exhibition hall?

In order to maintain the cleanliness and environmental hygiene of the exhibition venue, food and non-water beverages are not permitted inside the exhibition hall. Visitors are free to drink water as needed.

3. Is there any catering service in the exhibition venue?

No catering service is provided in the exhibition venue.

4. Does the organizer provide booth cleaning services?

5. Is there a mailing service available in the exhibition?

7. How to contact the organizer staff during the exhibition?

There is an enquiry counter in the exhibition venue. If you need it, please contact the relevant staff.

About Visiting

1. If the exhibition is affected by inclement weather during the open period, will the exhibition venue be closed?

If Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted during the opening hours of the exhibition, the venue will be closed as follows:<br>
• If Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted before 9 a.m., the exhibition venue will be temporarily closed.<br>
• If Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted during the exhibition's opening hours, the exhibition venue will immediately announce closure and be closed within one hour.<br>
• When Typhoon Signal No. 8 is lowered or a lower signal is hoisted, the exhibition venue will reopen to the public two hours later.

2. When will the entrance to the exhibition be closed?

4. Is there a parking space for the exhibition?

5. Is there any restriction on admission to the exhibition?

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who is deemed mentally unsound, intoxicated, or who causes disturbance or anxiety to the exhibitors or visitors.

6. Is there a storage service for personal belongings?

There is no storage service for personal belongings in the exhibition venue.
