The exhibition will provide a professional and grand exchange platform for philatelic enthusiasts and practitioners around the world, it promotes the development of philatelic culture and friendship among the people of different countries. We are looking forward to the valuable collections of experienced philatelists from all over the world, as well as the rich information and advanced technology demonstrated by the exhibitors. We hope that while enjoying this wonderful exhibition, guests will also experience the mixture of Chinese and West culture as well as hospitality of Macao.

Macao, a radiant pearl embedded on the South China Sea shore, is a treasure land of our great motherland and a vibrant hub where Eastern and Western cultures converge. It marks the first time that Macao is hosting a specialized world stamp exhibition, which will help the world further understand Macao’s inclusive and interconnected history and culture, and its ever-evolving urban landscape. We hope that through this exhibition, this event will strengthen the communication and collaboration among all parties, facilitate the prosperity of philatelic culture, allow philatelic culture and art from all over the world to shine here together, foster harmonious coexistence and integrated development of diverse civilizations.

On the grand opening of the occasion of Macao 2026 Specialized World Stamp Exhibition, on behalf of China Post, I am honored to extend our warmest congratulations on hosting of this exhibition.

Tiny stamps carry the weight of millennial civilization; within the confine space of a philatelic exhibition where friendships from all over the world connects. Macao, a shining pearl where Eastern and Western cultures converge, thrives with vibrant vitality under the great implementation of "one country, two systems". In this exhibition, stamps as a media, not only showcases the profound heritage of Chinese culture but also serves as a bridge for global cultural exchange, vividly demonstrating the unique charm of “a big world in small stamps".

We eagerly collaborate with our counterparts both domestically and internationally, utilizing philatelic culture as a link to promote exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations and to strengthen people-to-people connectivity, thereby contribute to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind. We also look forward to Macao seizing this exhibition as an opportunity to write a brighter chapter for Chinese culture in the globe.

On behalf of the FIP Board, I would like to congratulate the FIP Consultant Abdulla Khoory and the Organizing Committee of MACAO 2026 for making this FIP Specialised World Stamp Exhibition happen in Asia’s best convention city and at the grand Venetian Macao Convention and Exhibition Centre. FIP is very proud to support and extend its Patronage to the show.

Even though it is the first time that Clube Filatélico de Macau and the Macau Post and Telecommunications are hosting a FIP World Stamp exhibition, we are confident that with the experience from the successful 35^th Asian International Stamp Exhibition in 2018, the efficiency and dedication of all members of the Organizing Committee shall make MACAO 2026 an exciting show.

We hope that FIP Member Federations will support this exhibition, since almost 70% of the FIP member countries are visa-free to access Macao. Exhibitors, Jurors, Commissioners and Dealers can look forward to also having a memorable experience enjoying the city’s 400 years of rich cultural history, myriad attractions and great cuisines.

Other than being able to view more than 1,500 frames of philatelic gems at the Exhibition as well as the wonderful programs planned by the Organizing Committee, it will also be one of 2026’s World Stamp Exhibitions to celebrate the 100^th anniversary of FIP.

I am honoured to represent the FIP Board as the FIP Consultant for MACAO 2026. This momentous event marks the first time that the Organizing Committee, formed by Clube Filatélico de Macau and the Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau, is hosting a FIP Patronage Specialised World Stamp Exhibition at the Venetian Macao Convention and Exhibition Centre from 26 June – 1 July 2026, in celebration of FIP’s 100th Anniversary.

I am confident that this exhibition will attract philatelists from around the world to experience both the exhibition and the unique charm of Macao, with its juxtaposition of modern marvels with historic landmarks, as well as one-of-kind culture of Chinese heritage and Portuguese influences.

I look forward to work together with the Organizing Committee on behalf of the FIP Board to ensure the success of this significant exhibition.

MACAO 2026 Specialised World Stamp Exhibition is organised by Clube Filatelico de Macao and Macao Post & Telecommunications Bureau. This exhibition is under the Patronage of the Federation Internationale de Philatelie (FIP) and Auspices of the Federation of Inter-Asian Philately (FIAP).

MACAO 2026 will be officially open on 26 June 2026. The exhibition will last for 6 days.
‍

Beside the competitive exhibits will be on display for visitors to view, many prestigious Grand Prix Exhibits owned by renowned philatelists will also be showcased at the Court of Honour. It is a great opportunity for exhibitors all over the world to participate, get together as well as enjoying Macao.

I believed that the Visitors, Jurors, Commissioners, Exhibitors and Dealers will not only enjoy the marvellous Exhibits on display but will also enjoy the rich culture, the good food and the well-known courtesy of Macao.

Macao’s profound historical and cultural heritage has fostered a unique charm in its philatelic culture; a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity, East and West. Following the successful hosting of the 35th Asian International Stamp Exhibition in 2018, Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau and Macao Philatelic Association are once again joining hands to organize this Specialized World Stamp Exhibition in 2026, further showcasing Macao’s profound philatelic culture and its vibrant multicultural coexistence. Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau (CTT) has been dedicated to promoting the development of Macao’s postal services, actively participating in international philatelic activities, and exerting contribution to philatelic culture exchanges. Looking back on 2018, we successfully held the Macao 2018 - 35^th Asian International Stamp Exhibition with the support of various parties and achieved fruitful results. The Macao 2026 Specialized World Stamp Exhibition is a bridge linking the past to the future, we will continue to uphold a striving-for-excellence attitude to present you a more exciting and wonderful exhibition.

Macao stamps are the business card of Macao, showcasing to the world the unique characteristics of Macao with Chinese culture as the mainstream and the coexistence of other cultures, in her long historical culture. They also embody the deep patriotic sentiments of this small city, recording the successful implementation of "one country, two systems".

Under the patronage of the Fédération Internationale de Philatélie and the auspices of the Federation of Inter-Asian Philately, CTT and Macau Philatelic Association co-organized the Macao 2026 Specialized World Stamp Exhibition. This exhibition will be held from June 26 to July 1, 2026, at Cotai Expo Hall A, The Venetian Macao. Where the stamps from all over the world gather in Macao during the exhibition, we hope everyone can enjoy and appreciate the stamps, tell the stories of their culture, and pass on the philatelic culture to the next generation. During the exhibition, we hope that everyone can develop friendship, expand their network, and connect with the international community.

The World Stamp Exhibition, as an activity showcasing national business cards, historical culture, and academic achievements, welcomes cultural messengers from all over the world. Today, we gather in Macao, not only to celebrate the centennial of the FIP, but also to pay tribute to those pioneers and friends who have made outstanding contributions to the development of philatelic culture and international cultural exchanges.
